面向任務的跨域協作系統設計與應用展望

摘要： 隨著戰場環境向多域擴展，各作戰域的信息資源共享、作戰力量協同成為未來聯合作戰的致勝關鍵。針對當前協同手段難以滿足跨域作戰需求的問題，設計了一種面向任務的跨域協作系統，可根據作戰任務，動態組建臨時群組，綜合利用多種協同手段，從更低層級實現跨域信息融合與作戰力量協同。該系統的應用可為作戰協同手段和協同創新概念的探索研究起到拋磚引玉的作用。

Design and application prospect of task-oriented cross-domain collaboration system

Abstract： As the battlefield expanding to multi-domains, information sharing and combat forces cooperation across domains become the key to win the emerging joint operations. Focusing on the cross-domain cooperation, this paper designs a kind of task-oriented cross-domain cooperation system, which can dynamically form temporary groups according to the operational tasks, comprehensively utilize a variety of cooperative means，and realize cross domain information fusion and combat force cooperation in a grainer level. The implementation of this system can provide a reference for the exploration and research of operational cooperative means and collaborative innovation concept.

0 引言
現代戰爭日趨復雜，戰場環境跨越陸、海、空、天、網、電多個領域，戰場信息正以前所未有的速度增加，能否有效協同所有領域的作戰力量，獲得整體作戰效能增益，是未來聯合作戰致勝的關鍵。對此，美陸軍于2016年提出了“多域戰”概念[1-3]，旨在打破軍種隔閡，同步跨域火力與全域機動，建立并保持對敵優勢。“多域戰”發揮效能的前提是構建指揮控制系統的信息共享和交互能力，如果無法保障高效協作溝通，就無法實現協同作戰。
